Short description
In order for us to turn the corner in construction, we need to rethink building. Everything we build now must already meet future requirements. I try to convey this principle to students as part of my teaching. Even many small steps help to reach the goal in the end, so sometimes you should already be satisfied with the 80% solution, which is still much more than doing nothing.
