Prof. Requate ist seit 2002 Professor für Volkswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Kiel. Till Requates Interessenschwerpunkte sind Umwelt- und Ressourcenökonomie, Wettbewerbspolitik und experimentelle Ökonomie. Von 2016 bis 2020 war Till Requate Dekan der Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Universität Kiel.
