Tim Warszta is a business psychologist and business economist. He completed his doctorate on the acceptance of internet-based personnel selection at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel. Since September 2012, he has been a professor of business psychology at the West Coast University of Applied Sciences. Here he heads the West Coast Institute for Human Resource Management, which was founded in 2015, and also conducts research in the Institute for the Transformation of the Energy System on the acceptance of renewable energies and on securing skilled workers. Prior to his appointment at the university, he worked as a human resources manager and human resources officer in renewable energies and as a lecturer in human resources & organization.
